The EDGE Academy was built to support teachers and faculty in STEM fields as they redefine pedagogy and redesign the learning experience.

There are many variables that help determine a student’s success in the classroom. These can include the classroom climate, teaching practices, training and evaluation, as well as the student’s background knowledge.

One way we can recruit more students into the semiconductor industry is through transforming university learning environments. This kind of change requires more than introducing new methods, it must also address the pitfalls and challenges that hamper the adoption of new instructional approaches.
